Join us at Processus for Altered Nature, a printmaking exhibit with 6 artists currently creating hand pulled prints in North America: Jeffery M. Graves (CO), Sean Caulfield (Alberta, Canada), Mika Aono Boyd (OR), Josh K. Winkler (MN), Theresa Haberkorn (CO) and Anna L. Kaye (CO). The exhibition, curated by Viviane Le Courtois, reflects on contemporary natural spaces and the life within them, endangered by city expansion, population growth, natural disasters or environmental negligence.
Each artist brings a unique vision to the exhibit, contemplating the landscape in various states, and representing new life emerging from destruction and change. (Anna Kaye printing a solarplate etching at Processus) Presented in conjunction with Mo’Print in Colorado, the exhibition showcases a wide variety of printmaking processes including woodcut, linocut, silkscreen, polymer etching, mezzotint and engraving.
